Our company provides a service that enables building subcontractors to obtain better exposure to jobs that are available for tender in the market. In doing this, we are also able to assist the main contractors to obtain a more competitive price for their tender. Our website has been integral to this process and has greatly enhanced our business. We believe that our brief to Innosoft was very complex, and it is a tribute to Innosoft that they were able to understand our business, and work with us to reach acceptable solutions.
We have been working closely with Innosoft since 2008. We had a very basic formative idea of what we wanted our website to do. As we have moved along the timeline, our website has grown and so have the expectations of our customers. We are constantly tweaking and adjusting to meet out market and we believe we have more than achieved this.

They are constantly approachable, speak in layman's terms so concepts are easily understood, and always listen well to work a solution or new concept through to a satisfactory conclusion. These may sound like cliched phrases but when you are wanting a website to "do things" then these "things" need to be able to be communicated and interpreted with ease. You can have all the technical knowledge in the world but if you can’t interpret a customer's wishes, then you will only have ever have half of the picture.
